It is suitable for anyone preparing for conception, whether you are planning to get married, actively trying to conceive, or simply wish to plan for the future. The check includes tests like AMH (ovarian reserve) to see if your ovarian function is age-appropriate and an ultrasound to check for any uterine or ovarian conditions that could affect pregnancy. Fertility Check Packages

• Basic Set (¥33,550 tax incl.): Includes AMH (ovarian reserve), hormone levels during menstruation (LH, FSH, etc.), thyroid function (TSH, FT4), Chlamydia antibody, Rubella antibody, and a pelvic ultrasound to check the uterus and ovaries.
• Optional Infectious Disease Panel (+¥10,450): Adds blood tests for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HIV, and Syphilis.
• Optional Pap Smear (+¥3,300): Screens for cervical cancer.

Important Information

• This check requires two separate visits timed with your menstrual cycle.
• It is for individuals who have not previously undergone infertility testing or treatment.
• Results are mailed approximately one month after your final visit (domestic mail only).
• This screening assesses current health and does not guarantee future pregnancy.
