Our approach typically involves starting with less invasive methods and progressing in steps (step-up therapy), but we will never proceed with a treatment you are not comfortable with. Our Fertility Treatment Services
- Comprehensive Testing: We conduct a full range of tests for both female and male partners to accurately diagnose the underlying causes of infertility, such as issues with ovulation, sperm, fallopian tubes, or the uterus.
- Step 1: General Fertility Treatment: We begin with the least invasive options, including timed intercourse based on precise ovulation prediction and ovulation induction using medication if needed.
- Step 2: Artificial Insemination (IUI/AIH): This procedure involves placing specially prepared sperm directly into the uterus around the time of ovulation, often used for mild male factor infertility or unexplained infertility.
- Step 3: Advanced Reproductive Technology (ART): For more complex cases, we offer advanced treatments like In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
- Insurance Coverage: Many fertility treatments, including timed intercourse, IUI, and IVF/ICSI, have been covered by Japanese public health insurance since April 2022 (age and cycle limits apply).
