Breastfeeding Consultation

Please note: This service is temporarily suspended as of September due to hospital renovations. We will announce the reopening date on our website once it is confirmed. When available, our Breastfeeding Consultation clinic provides one-on-one support from experienced midwives for any breastfeeding concerns. We offer guidance on latching, positioning, breast care, milk supply, weaning, and balancing breastfeeding with returning to work.

Consultation Details

Who it’s for: Postpartum mothers seeking breastfeeding support. Please bring your baby to the appointment so we can observe a feeding session.
Appointments: Tuesdays. Each session is 60 minutes long. Please inquire about available start times when booking.
Topics covered: Latching/holding techniques, breast problems, low milk supply concerns, weaning, returning to work, and other childcare questions.

A. Yes. Anyone can visit us regardless of where they live. In addition to Ochanomizu and Chiyoda-ku, many patients who work or live in nearby areas such as Kanda, Akihabara, Awajicho, Ogawamachi, Hongo, Yushima, and Suidobashi visit us, as well as many people from farther away.
